When making the appointment, I hadn't realized it was with the Savage dealer in Womelsdorf but I had thus dropped it off at the Savage 61 dealership the previous evening. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they would be doing the work without a previous appointment and no questions asked. The work was done in a very timely manner.

Having ability to be seen the same day. Both of my headlights were out. Attempted to change them on my own. Was unable to replace due to tight fit for my hands. They accommodated me with an appointment. I was unable to get appointment at my usual dealership. They even used the bulbs I brought. The fee charged for this service was excellent, due to my tight budget. Thank you Savage 61. I really appreciated the service!

Savage 61 Dodge, as always, was Great! Upon arrival greeted cheerfully by service advisor, Robbie Peters! He took my information and sent my info back to technician to get started. Tech got on it right away, my car was returned to the front for me and they had left it exactly as it was. Highly recommend Savage 61 Dodge and be sure you see Robbie, he will take great care of you right out of the gate!

Having ALL of your headlights go out at the same time didn't make sense to me. Thankfully, both the service writer and the tech listened to my concerns and kept me informed of the diagnostics performed. The system's operation was explained to me and everything all made sense. Repairs done and on my way.

Took a week to get an appointment and brought it 3pm the day before and dropped it off. Called at 11:30am next day when I saw it didn't move (air tag). 12:06pm finally went in for diagnostic, then sat outside for over 30 minutes. Finally told what work they expected but too late for anything to be done that day. This is what you get for an appointmentsit all day for a diagnostic? Paid for that and went elsewhere.

My daughter was driving the car when the left rear tire became severely punctured from a piece of metal on highway. Luckily she was able to get off highway and Savage Dealership was there, they put the spare tire on for her and placed damaged tire in car without charging anything. Very happy with the friendliness and customer service. Thank you.

As always, friendly and courteous, John was the person who checked me in, for Express Service. Always had a good experience with John, he is an asset to Savage 61. Pickup was done in under an hour, with oil change and maintenance inspection, and tire rotation was also done. Not sure who the Tech was, but interior was not dirty or exterior. He did a thorough job.

All my open recalls were taken care of, needed a loaner car, because of all things that needed to be done. Was finished next day. John, and Brian, were very knowledgeable and helpful, only one thing wrong, the warranty company would not budge on the struts! Had phone conversation with them, to no avail.

I schedule to service online. When I got there, they could not find my reservation. They asked that future scheduling be done by phone. I needed to restate the list of items that needed to be done. They did the service. When I returned to pickup the car, they forgot to do two items and still had it in the shop.
