Making the appointment was difficult. It appeared without Danny and Frank there is was hard to get through to anyone.
The cost of the mirror replacement I have to say excessive. Next time I will use a body shop.

The Technician checked out the vehicle for the reason the check engine light was on and none of the safety sensors were working. It was diagnosed as a faulty thermal valve. The valve was replaced and all sensors were reset and working properly within an hour snd 15 minutes.

I've started using Sarasota Subaru for my vehicle service and have been extremely impressed. Frank Suarez, the Service Manager, runs a top-notch department. He's honest, reliable, and always takes the time to explain what's needed without any pressure. It's rare to find this level of integrity and customer care. I highly recommend them and wouldn't bring my car anywhere else.

so that my car keeps running like it just came off the factory line. The wait
room is always clean with excellent coffee machine. I have been using
this dealership since 2012 as proof of their outstanding work yes my car
is 13 years young but it's a Subaru and still good as new.

- Received a notice that my battery needed replacement
- Service report received without showing a battery being replaced
- NOW ---I don't even know if battery was repaced?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Service advisors are always professional and super courteous. Technicians are top notch and complete the job correctly the first time. The service costs are reasonable as well. I've never had a bad experience with this organization. I'm seventy-two years old and have owned dozens of dealership-maintained cars and these folks are the best.

My battery DIED AGAIN.
I called AAA who sold me last 2 batteries, The AAA guy said you have to go to Subaru because AAA have been using the wrong batteries in Outbacks.
Got to Subaru left car running. Service knew what was wrong right away.
I was in and out in about an hour and my car is running great

This visit went off seamlessly w/o any issues. Loaner car was ready, and Marc was very knowledgeable. One thing I did not like is a 3% additional charge for using a credit card. For years at this dealer ship this was not the case, the credit card was previously priced in to their services. Why now add the 3%, answer greed.

Great bunch of people working there. Very nice to see them taking care of their customers in such a pleasant manner. Took care of me in no time as I went in for a recall that had been overlooked by previous owners of my car. Took care of it and out the door I went. Watched them as the place got really busy and they were like a well oiled machine and were very cordial to everyone.

I brought my 2020 Outback for normal service and to check the a/c. Thge normal checkup found wear on the brakes and tires. Identifying the problem with the a/c took some time to locate and correct. I was given a loaner, so they good locate the leak. Everything was fixed.

I don't understand what is included in Agreement Number 6263530 prepaid Anytime Maintenance Agreement- so far no one at the Dealership can explain its coverage to me.
I was suprised when I attempted to buy one quart of oil- I usually carry one quart in my other vehicles in case I need to top off between service intervals to discover that the synthetic oil is Subaru oil and only kept in bulk at the dealership.

One never has to wait to be served, which is a positive. It took about 15 to 20 minutes for the mechanic to check out my vehicle and determine the issue, which did not require immediate attention. Nonetheless, I was charged $113.76, which I found to be excessive, but it is, unfortunately, typical when dealing with a dealership repair shop.

It was easy to make the appointment. They were right on time taking my car. The service desk personnell were friendly, pleasant and informed. They came to me after the mechanic worked on the car to tell me of the things they found a problem with, explained it all very well and got my OK to do the work with an estimate of the cost. When the car was returned, it was easy to get checked out and the car had been washed and was clean.
