Besides a long wait time, I checked the pressure in the new tires when I returned home and they were very under inflated. Other than those two issues, the service was very good. I would buy tires there again.

The service was fine, however we had to call several times to check on the status of the vehicle to be able to plan a pick up. They ended up keeping it until the next day to complete the repair. Communication could have been better as we didn't know they would keep it again until late in the afternoon.

I asked about an emissions inspection, was laughed at, and was told I did not need it. Turns out at the DMV, I did need it. So I wasted 2 hours at the DMV and my car has to be inspected again which will then lead to more time. I appreciated them doing the safety inspection, despite my car being under 150k miles and not needing that one. They did keep me updated on progress throughout the process.

I went in with one bad tire pressure sensor. They said it would be about $200 to replace the one and I said I would just wait. The other 3 worked fine, but when they checked the bad one, they couldn't reprogram the other three, so I let there with NONE of them working after I went there with only one bad one. I only recommend them because they've done good work in the past. This time, not so much.

The communication about what was happening was very good. Chandler did a great job of contacting me daily. The work done was also very good. The tech also found an additional issue different from the reason I brought the truck in. He found an oil leak. This was also repaired. All this was done under warranty. The only thing I didn't like was how long my truck was there. Being without a vehicle that long was tough.
