The sales person made comments about my income and proceeded to tell my daughter, whom I was co-signing for, what my income is. My children are not privy to those details and don't need to be. The conversation also led to him stating o should be buying her a car and I should carry the insurance for her. Whether I should or shouldn't, isn't their business. They also proceeded to mess up paperwork as well.

I was told to come to the dealership the next day to test drive the vehicle I had called about. I drove three hours the next day and when I arrived I was told that the vehicle sold a week earlier. The salesman laughed and said it was common with CarFax. I was not amused at all. I returned to Charlotte NC three hours later.

They got grease on my interior. They overfilled my air conditioner. They always kept my vehicle for no less than two weeks and complained about giving me a ride home, no loaner vehicle. Most of all Santee ford Caused more problems then they solve which cost me missed time at work, stress, and over $9.6K still failing to fix the problem. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! Wont ever go there again

Contacted set up a time to look and purchase a truck. On the morning of the agreed date didn't hear from my sales person Contacted to make sure things were still good only to learn it was sold out from under me and no one had the respect to contact me and not waste my day
