My service was terrible because when I took my car in, they didn't tell me that the transmission was faulty, and that's how they gave me my car back. Later, I went back with the same problem, and they diagnosed that the transmission needed to be replaced. So, they weren't honest from the beginning. Don't trust them with your cars; they charge a lot of money and don't do their job properly.

We apologize about your recent experience. Some problems aren't as apparent the first time and we try not to rush to expensive conclusions without being 100% certain. Certain repairs take a little more time to diagnose, and can be frustrating as well.

This dealership makes a substantial effort to do the job right the first time. One pays for it, but to me, it's worth it. My CX-5 had an oil/filter change, fluids top-off, belt and drive line inspection, a tire rotation and a new battery. In and out in an hour.
