Oil change was done and sooner than expected. Recall notice was not taken care of due to parts or Ford not providing a fix at this point, which leaves an unsolved issue that remains pending. Service Rep was friendly. Don who took me to work in the shuttle is very friendly and a benefit to getting service done here.

Patrick Peck in service is always great to work with. He is always well-informed about my car and he's efficient in getting the service performed. With my most recent service that included a recall of the high-voltage battery replacement on my 2020 Ford Fusion Hybrid Plug-in, Patrick was able to diagnose the warranty recall, have the battery ordered then delivered and installed in just a little over a week that included a weekend.

i made an appointment for when they opened. it was for a service and a recall. 6 hours later i got my truck back. i feel like they should have communicated to me that it would not be touched for half of the day and i could have brought it back. I cant be without my vehicle for that long for a basic service. The recall was just a software update (30 minutes max)

Service received was satisfactory. However, service representative checking in car had mask under nose and the person that drove up my car when done had no mask on. I felt very unsafe getting in my car. Would have been better if everyone was wearing masks properly and my steering wheel was wiped down after the driver exited the car. Santa Maria has very high covid-19 cases and proper precautions should be taken.
