I liked that they got the car done in a timely manner and I could pick it up that day. They only thing that I was a little disappointed with is that they called to say it was done and then the car to pick me up to bring me back would be there at a certain time. Well, they probably didn't know that the guy that usually picks me up was probably at lunch. So, it was about an hour later than they said.

I very much appreciate SM Ford's much-improved service culture. I question the real value of the extended service package we were sold when we purchased our 2022 Explorer (it did cover oil changes and tire rotations for the first 50k miles, but not much else). But that's not a critique of the service department - those guys do a good job and we appreciate them!

This location has the best customer service and best professionalism i ever experienced at a dealership! I hate to say it but my expectations are low when it comes to customer service at a dealership in particular the service departments. Not their guys! These guys are pros! I took my granddaughter's car in for issues and at first they told me most of the items would be under my extended warranty. After having car all day nothing was covered. They promised followup, no follow up. Still waiting. Waste of money for extended warranty since they don't want to cover anything. We've had the car 1 year and they want me to invest almost $2400 to repair it? Don't buy here.

Service was excellent - giving us an OK to charge the batteries. A couple of days later got another letter from Lincoln repeating the same recall (24S79 / NHTSA 24V954) - Called SM Ford Lincoln to be reassured recall had been performed. Recall performed - all OK. If you guys burn my Corsair and/or home down, there'll be heck to pay!

Oil change was done and sooner than expected. Recall notice was not taken care of due to parts or Ford not providing a fix at this point, which leaves an unsolved issue that remains pending. Service Rep was friendly. Don who took me to work in the shuttle is very friendly and a benefit to getting service done here.

Patrick Peck in service is always great to work with. He is always well-informed about my car and he's efficient in getting the service performed. With my most recent service that included a recall of the high-voltage battery replacement on my 2020 Ford Fusion Hybrid Plug-in, Patrick was able to diagnose the warranty recall, have the battery ordered then delivered and installed in just a little over a week that included a weekend.

i made an appointment for when they opened. it was for a service and a recall. 6 hours later i got my truck back. i feel like they should have communicated to me that it would not be touched for half of the day and i could have brought it back. I cant be without my vehicle for that long for a basic service. The recall was just a software update (30 minutes max)

The service was great but the wait time is ridiculous. I live in Lompoc and have my car serviced in Santa Maria. I let them know that I will be waiting for the car but still takes 3 hrs for oil change and tire rotation.

I liked Erich and his friendly attitude. This was an inter cooler leak, an unexpected and mysterious problem that took two days to repairthat was the only downside. But it feels fine now and I can drive without my fingers crossed.
