The service was quick and professional, what I don't like about the dealer is that they lied about my coverage on the vehicle, they said with the coverage I took out that I would not have to pay for oil and filter changes as long as I owned the car only to find out it's only 8. I don't appreciate being lied to.

Raul has been excellent throughout the entire time I was getting my car serviced. He took the time to explain everything to me throughout the service he talk to me so I didn't feel I was just sitting around waiting. I only go to Sansone Nissan to service my car. Well first of all the prices were outrages I was charged 7500 for a new transmission.Second of all the car was ready within a few days and I asked if I could pick up 2 days later cause was in another state.i was told I must pick it up or I will be charged storage fee from when the car was in,.According to the service advisor it's the managers rules.i was so disgusted with the way I was treated after spending so much money.

Yes, the visit was fair. However, the problem was not solved after having been in the shop for two hours. I was told all I needed was air in my tires. I ended up going to a mechanic who found a nail in the left rear tire and he didn't understand why Nissan couldn't find the nail.
