I've bought a few cars from Sansone Nissan over the years. The 2011 Murano was my last purchase there. Sansone has taken good care of my car, performing the usual changes of filters and fluids. They have done admirable work replacing parts that have aged. I have the utmost confidence that the Sansone Nissan service dept. will keep my car running, like new, as they have done with all the cars I have previously owned.

The service attendant was knowledgeable and didn't try to oversell any of the services that were needed. He was understanding as to my budget and recommended a timeframe that the additional services should be done. overall, the car came back, clean and functioning perfectly.

My windshield wiper fluid wasn't filled up. and when I asked for the cost of the service, the attendant wasn't honest. It cost was way more than he told me. I'm so glad that i had the extra money to pay for the service. I did speak with the manager and she's going to make things right for me.

Professional and scheduled service. I wasn't waiting very long as I had an appointment which was honored. They washed my car after they finish servicing it. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. There is even a quiet room should you need to get work done. There is a guy named Raul who explained everything in detail and gave his recommendations. Happy customer.

I pulled in and my car was serviced right away...I know I had to wait a bit but it took a little longer then I expected. Because the tech was trying to download something but my car would not take .....the problem was found but now I have to wait on the insurance adjustment......everything was explained on the wait .....which was fine.

The over priced the work, i don't think that to replace the blower motor should cost $1805. And no they claim the remove the entire dash no they remove the cover under the steering well, how i know my dash was dusty and there was no one print or hand printed on it. I know about mechanical work.

Professional and attention to detail. They actually ran my car through the car wash once it was complete. It has a comfortable waiting area, and a restaurant in the adjacent building. They have a quiet room within the waiting area, should you need to get some work done. It also has Wi-Fi. The entire area is clean than I expected. Head up, there is an 3% surcharge if you use your credit card. All around, it was a pleasant experience.
