Car was towed there in May. No communication. After 2 months of waiting I had to call Corporate and email the co owner and CEO to finally get a call to start a repair (after 3 months) which was to take 2 weeks. A month later it is supposedly ready for pickup and the dashboard lights are still on along with low tire pressure and they had to jump start it because it sat there for 4 months.

I had my driver seat reupholstered (due to they damaged it while fixing something else). The seat isn't as full (stuffed) like originally. It's soft in middle and sinks in some when I sit. Its not as strong as it was before they damaged it. Because of this I don't think the reupholstery gonna last long.

I have an issue with a sensor that they could not get a reading on - they called tech support and told me i need a $3,700 part - without even checking to see if it is bad. The service people there are really awesome, but i am very upset that they didn't check for the issue before automatically telling me I needed a $3,700 part and a $500 calibration once the part was installed.

Car rear window shattered in my driveway. The window was bowed out. I took pictures but the people at Hyundai did not want to see them, They said that I had to pay for a new rear windshield and so I did. I was very disappointed that they did not believe me and were not interested in the pictures. I bought three new cars from them in the last few months. VERY DISSAPOINTED in Sansone Hyundai !

My service advisor Sierra Freese was patient and took her time to walk me through the service of an oil change and other things. She didn't pressure me to put out a big expense for repairs. Terrible. The service is horrible. Negligent. Went to have brakes put on my car. My previous visit I was told I didn't need rotators. Left the dealership my steering wheel started shaking going 30mph. Took the car back not even 30 minutes later. I only went to get gas. Now the mechanic said they should have told me I needed rotators. Did anyone test drive my car???? Not happy with them.

The car we went in for was not for the price listed. We were told if we read the fine print it was the price for people who previously bought a car there. Otherwise it was several thousand dollars more. Also, at the end when we were doing the final paperwork for a different car, rather than explain all the mounds of paperwork to be signed we spent the whole time hearing about and being shown photos of the persons pet.

I knew my vehicle needed work since it's old and it sat for 6 months because I drive my sports car in the summer however I thought it was fair pricing for what they did. I believe it's best to take your car to the dealer for the correct parts and people that work solely on those cars. I was very pleased with the work done. The car runs like new again! I took my suv In for a regular oil change and when I left for next week or so I smelled oil, I thought some spilled and it would eventually burn off, NOPE, after countless days of smelling the oil and me popping pills, I took it back to discover that the mechanic left a gasket loose.. no bueno !
