Tyler and John hooked me up with a gorgeous tundra. Best dealer experience I've had in my life. These guys know how to sell cars and not just try rob folks like the dealerships in Dallas. All those Dallas guys need to go to San Marcos and take some notes.

They took care of business and warned me that my battery was at the end of its life span. However, they did not seem to know that I had a Toyota extended service plan even though I purchased it through their dealership. We just had to redo some paperwork at the end but I expected their computer system to acknowledge the plan upfront.

Unexpected service completed to my full satisfaction. Unexpected because I am still adjusting to manufacturers producing new vehicles without a spare tire. This resulted in having the car towed in due to a flat. Also, adjusting to dealers not patching a tire anymore but instead replacing it. I suppose it all sounds so extreme to me anymore!

The service took a long time but I was given a ride to a shopping center close by instead of waiting at the dealership. I had a problem the next day after the oil change. Mark was very kind and told me to bring the car back in. They gave me a loaner car since the work would take most of the day. They looked at the car and found the problem. Mark was helpful and courteous in all my conversations with him.

The service technician did a great job here checking the health of my car. As part of the oil change service and vehicle checklist they found that my battery was starting to fail and replaced it. This was a great catch as my warranty was about to expire in one month. This location also has the option to purchase pre-paid oil changes for the next two or three years. This is a great deal and will save me a lot of money.

Drove 2.5 hours to buy a truck. After many texts from the salesman, who knew when I was arriving, was not there, and the truck had been sold. Sure would have been nice to receive a text telling me the truck was no longer available. Will never deal with that dealership again.
