Shop is great for simple service with quick availability. Oil and fluid changes are quick and they have good customer service. For bigger jobs they may be wildly expensive and you might be better off at an independent mechanic.

Dealership was hard to get a hold of wouldn't get e mail responses for a day or two after I sent my email. The told me there's nothing they could do to help me out on the price of the truck to get my payments down to around 300 a month. Then a couple days later I saw on this website they dropped the price of the truck around 800 dollars. I work at a dealership and this was not a good experience at all

Pricey, but they get the job done. It is difficult to get into other shops. Some shops are booked out weeks to months. The Geary Toyota Service Center includes a Lyft service. My service advisor, Tony Wong has been very helpful in maintaining my 1994 4RUNNER. My 1994 4RUNNER is the oldest vehicle on the lot getting serviced.

San Francisco Toyota on Geary is a busy place. As I pulled up a few minutes before my appointment, I wondered how they could get all the cars sorted, but I was quickly checked in and walked home expecting that the service would take a while. I was called within ten minutes of getting home and told that my car was ready! Pick up of the car was fast too.

That and the fact that there is no power lift gate resulted in me not purchasing the car. SO I am still searching for a car.

The dealer was ok. The seller was repectful and gave us all the info we asked for. They just tried too much on selling us a gap insurance that we did not need. First they tried to put it in the contract thinking we were not paying attention. Then they tried to sneak it in during signing. Lastly they gave us a very high interest of 16.99%.

I'm only rating it 3 stars because I spent 3 hours waiting. All the staff I interacted with was very polite and very helpful. However, I had a booked appointment and I was told it would take one hour. When I got there I realized there were tons of other people just dropping off cars without having an appointment. They had like 3 guys just doing valet parking to be able to manage the volume of cars. So, after 3 hours my car was done and I left thinking that having an appointment did not help me get my car serviced within a reasonable amount of time. From my perspective, changing the oil, checking fluids and rotating tires, should not take more than one hour if you start on time.
