The lady manager needs lessons in management of employees and customer service. Very disrespectful of my time waiting and not communicating well with the male workers. She seemed only concerned about closing the doors and not about getting my keys to me . The poor new worker tried hard to do his best while she was piddling around in the shop.

Tire rep was very courteous. I had a dead battery and he jump started it for me. Drove to the tire center and purchased a new battery. He took care of everything. Need more people like him. Didnt get his name but it started with a C. Will have to look at receipt to see if his name is on it. He definitely went over and above to help me.

Service and Everything else was great except my new tires had goop on them and weren't shined up at all. So had to take to car wash and pay for cleaning & shining up!

Busy Sunday with an appointment but the warehouse tire center was short staffed. They still managed to get my truck done in about an hour which is pretty phenomenal.

Asked them to mount the new tires on the front They put them on the rear Even after I filled out a form to have them mounted on the front. I didn't ask them to do it as I requested because I was out of time
