Nor only did they repair my flat tire but they checked the air pressure on all the tires and the tread depth as well as lug torque. Also checked my battery!1 I couldn't have asked for better service!!!

had a screw bolt in my tire on the tread and they refused to repair it. I took it out myself. The screw was not even an inch long. I bought my tires there and it was supposed to be part of my service!!

Didn't text me when the tires came in even though I signed up for texts. No entrance or exit into the auto side and no place to wait. They insisted the card owner had to be there to pick up the order, then never asked for his ID or anything. Wrote my number down to call me when it was done and never did - I wandered the store for 1.5 hours then went to check on them and it had been done for an hour. Not a customer-friendly place to get tires done.
