The only thing negative I can say was trying to schedule an appointment to get our tires put on the truck. It was a nightmare, Sams Club in now using a call center to schedule appointments, which would be ok if you could understand what the person was saying on the other end of the phone. After hanging up and calling back three different times we finally got someone that we could understand.

Great experience. Only disappointment was couldn't replace ruined tire with same replacement. Was told out of stock and couldn't get it had to order different make tire with similar thread pattern.
