A bit overworked but the service was excellent. This particular Sam's Club is the most customer oriented I have found in the area. Their hispanic and older service personal are courteous and extremely helpful. I wish I could say the same for their younger employees who sometimes appear abrupt and no time to assist a customer.

I will never return to this location. They were nothing but rude and unprofessional. I had a 1pm apointment to purchase and replace 1 tire, they did not get to me until 1:40, once they did I was told that my car would not be ready until 5:30. Th!t was not acceptable with an apointment. I chaned to their next available day, which was 3 days later. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 12 noon apointment, and again asked to wait. After 20 minutes I asked for a Manger. Little did I know he was the manager, he told me that it will take up to 1 to 2 hours for the service once my car was in the bay. He gave me a choice to just wait my turn or leave. This was after paying for the tire. Very disappointing to keep going back and forth, and spending my money and time wasted. I WILL NEVER RETURN.

I purchased 4 new tires from Sam's-Morrow on 3/4/2023-I was highly disappointed with the service because the technician did not balance my tires properly and or the Lugnuts were not screwed in correctly. I was disrespected by one of the representatives, once I explained the issue I was having but I did not receive a resolution. I decided to go to Firestone to purchase/have 4 new tires put on my car. After the service I received from Firestone my car was no longer rattling as if a tire was about to come off. I returned to Sam's and received a full refund for their tires after leaving them at the store. I will never purchase/have tires installed from Sam's.
