Received warning my tire pressure was low (front left tire); found a nail.
My initial request was to patch the tire, however, it was suggested I replace all 4 tires, as all tires were worn.
Although I saw the sign By Appointment Only, they took me as a walk-in, tires were in stock, so my tires were replaced.
Grateful for the staff for fast & friendly service!

If you get there early, they try to charge you extra if you dont have the premium membership. Also, the wait was about two hours, because there were only two people working there between 9 AM and whatever. I had to wait quite some time, and despite having a 9 AM appointment, even to talk to them. However, the tires are a good deal! Nice tires. Thanks !

CHRIS was super. I am so glad I went the day before and received some advice about changing my tires. When I came the next day, I was fortunate that I had made arrangements beforehand and Chris took my car right away. I was quoted a 2 1/2 hour wait but Chris made it happen in 1 1/2 hours.

The 2 guys who checked me in and out were great. The guy who did my tires took forever. He was moving so slow. I brought my car in at around 330pm and didn't leave until 515pm. I would've given 5 stars if I didn't have to wait almost 2 hrs.
