After going through all the effort of setting up the appointment and leaving work early to get to the appointment, I arrive and the Technician didnt know why I was there. The Appointment was to install a replacememt tire and the tech thougjt ot was for a flat tire repair. Afywr several minutes things got cleared up and the servi e was performed.

I was at Sam's to have my flat tire fixed. They patched it and went to take of the spare and could not find the required key to get the lugnuts off. I knew the AAA guy had located but did not know where he put it. Had to wait until the next day for the key to be found and went back to Sam's . Again, I was taken care of right away. Big thanks your to automotive staff.

Excellent quick service, if you purchase your tires from Sam's club you get the mounting and balancing from your seasonal tire change over for a reasonable price. Everyone else prices are just crazy high. Your other choice is DIY.

For the time of year (summer tires Change over) they weren't busy. Tires done within 40 min of drop off. They were doing car services by appointment. They have been doing my New Tires installation for several years. However, they are 25 miles from me, so the rotation @ times they do it, if not, I get it done locally. I haven't had any issues with Sam's club service. Being a retired Jet mechanic, I can be somewhat picky (OCD I'm told) about having other folks doing things to /on my cars.
