Not a good one. I had an 12pm appointment didn't get to my car until 3:10. 1 person they took that didn't have a appointment need tires and balance went before me. One of the attendance ask me me after 3 hours of waiting did I wanted to reschedule. My appointment was for rotation and balance.

I had 90,000 mile tires on my vehicle. They didn't have much tread left with only about 45,000 miles on them. The manager on duty prorated my tires when I bought a set of four. He was very friendly and helpful.
