The way the text message was sent to me it looked like I would owe $100 per headlight. However it was $300 per headlight. When I googled the cost for my specific light needed on the Napa website which is where they were purchased from they sell them for $104 a piece. Due to time restraint I was not able to shop around or ask a family member to help me. He was surprised at the total I was billed and that the shop he works at is a lot cheaper.

Had purchased a Mopar 2 oil changes promotion last year. We didn't put 5000 miles in the car but I called to get an oil change. I was told it would have to be 10 days tonget in. When I came and told them I had the certificate they said ok. After 1 1/2 hours waiting for an oil change I was told the certificate had expired 8 days earlier and they would not honor it. No discussion and service manager never got his butt out if the chair to possibly offer discount. Nope, charged me $177 dollars for a oil change and tire rotation. Never will go back!
