Oil was all over my oil cover, engine and hood of . My dipstick was missing and they marked my tires up with a white pen? Why this was necessary for an oil change? I have no idea. When I asked them nobody knew why and the advisor didn't even apologize. Didn't top of windshield wiper fluid, or check my air filter nor cabin filter.

The part I didn't like was when negotiating I could hear the other salesperson tell the rep that the truck is well worth 21,500 when the lifters were going out. Complete nightmare after purchasing this truck new from SLVBuickGMC. Last truck was even worse experience at SLVDodge. Service is not there strong point nor do they care if your a happy as a customer. They sit and wait for GM to tell them what to do instead of going to bat for the customer and getting the issue resolved before it turns into a GM buyback situation.
