Royal got me in right away and was able to diagnose and repair my AC at a fair price and answer a question about my tires. The work was completed quickly and the price was fair. I feel like this shop is honest and capable. It will be my go-to shop for automotive needs going forward. Very nice people to do business with, highly recommend. Thank you Pat and crew!

It's not like the old Royal auto. I went in expecting a 150-200 dollar bill. Then it became 450. By the time I got out it was 663.00

I was impressed by keeping my appointment time. I had a 9:00 appointment time and they actually started to work on it at 9:00!! I've been to other places in Lee's Summit that your appointment time didn't mean much.

I had some brake issues with my black car. So, the good folks at Royal Automotive scheduled me in pretty quickly. They did a good job diagnosing the problems but realized they didnt have some equipment necessary to perform the repairs. I think its a GOOD THING when a shop knows their limitations and refers you on to somebody else. I was happy to pay for an hour of their labor. I will be headed to a dealer next.

I was able to make an appointment for inspection. They got right to my vehicle on time, able to determine its status as compliant quickly. They also found 3 tires had small nails and one of those had a screw! The one with screw was not holding pressure well the others fine. Marked on tire sidewall where nails etc could be found. This made is super easy to identify where issues were when I took my car in for tire repair. Thank them for punctuality, kindness and going beyond with the making easy for Costco repair shop to find and repair.
