I was very disrupted by the response I received from Mr. Russell. I will continue to get my services done for my car there because your techs are good and fast. If I decide to purchase a car from you guys I will THINK about it because of the foul services I received.

I called into to get an oil change and check sensors. Got the appointment with a helpful young lady and took my passport to get the services done two days later. With the help of the Landon took no time at all. My car was ready within 2 hours. Picked it up at lunchtime and the ladies in the office were just as nice

Service is always a good experience and service advisors are always pleasant and helpful. I have had an issue with a plastic clip that holds the window shade up 2 times and the part cost 2 dollars and 55 cents. I think it would have been better customer service to fix this without a charge on a car that don't have 13000 miles yet. The car was being serviced for other reasons.

Kaitlyn diagnosed the issue, called me to tell me what was discovered & to ask for any additional details re:why I brought the car in so they didn't miss anything, then called Honda-USA to get the warranty extended to cover it--which they did! Excellent communication and saved me $4000 (quote I had gotten from a reliable repair shop previously).

Love the friendly and efficient atmosphere. Great service and good customer service. Always keeping the customer informed about their progress on their vehicle. The customer wait area is very nice with extra amenities, such as television, snacks and dining areas. Something for everyone. I won't go anywhere else.

I had an oil change & radiator flush. I didn't have an appt. But they still worked me in pretty quickly. As usual my service advisor ( Jasper) was very helpful and made sure they got me in and out with minimal waiting.He also let me know what services/ cost I will need next per my maintenance schedule.

Salinas Honda did not call me back on the status of my car or to arrange transportation as a replacement or to pick me up. I had to call them after 5 pm and arrange to be picked up to get my car. They had to order a part and did not communicate. They finally did the work but I don't know if I will be going back to them.

I went to the Dealership and requested repair service that had been previously recommended. They ordered the parts to be delivered the next day. I came to my appointment and I was given a ride home and because the repair was going to take longer it would be the next day. Guess what! They gave me rental car to drive. Not just any car but a 2025 CRV Hybrid. Great car. Thank You!

It took.way to long for a simple oil change . Everytime they come with maintenance idea that surpassing our finances, this time it went beyond 1200 dollars, who can pay that every 3 months untop off the carpayment. Modern theft and not considering the peoples budget.

Kaitlyn, Cody, Jasper are excellent. The mechanics seem knowledgable and skillful--usually no personal interaction with the mechanic, everything goes through the service representative and that is fine as the three I mentioned are excellent communicators.

I had just bought my car the first of February and was told the battery was new. First week I was stranded when the battery went dead. Took it in and said battery showed being okay. Two weeks later, same thing. Car would not start. Took back to dealer and was diagnosed this time as having a bad battery. New battery installed of course no charge. So not all new batteries are good. So far my car has started when needed.

When the service was finished, the service advisor came to me with the completed paperwork showed me where to pay the bill and thanked me for coming in to the dealership for the service.

Great service and communications from Service desk and mechanics! They were able to fit our vehicle in for service even though they were fully booked. Other local Honda Dealerships gave us the run around for a service recall. We will definitely bring our vehicle back to them for any future repairs.

This dealership did not alert me of the issues with the vehicle I was interested in test driving prior to me driving over an hour out of state to come see the vehicle. Their mechanics passed the vehicle without the horn working, major problem. Sales person that set me up with the test drive was not present & didn't even speak to me until 4 days after my test drive.
