The service experience was very good! Eddie Aloma (service advisor) was excellent! He's been my service advisor for a while, and he ensures my car gets serviced correctly. Also, Subaru Manassas is timely in their service and appointments.

Very prompt attention to the problem, especially on a late Friday afternoon. Loaner car quickly arranged and repair work was completed the following day.
Only downside was the cost of the repair.

They had all the connections to get my windshield replaced and worked with them to have it completed at the dealership which then did the EyeSight alignment. Great Service. The also gave me a loaner while the work was being completed.
