I called around for estimates and the price was right. The only thing that bothers me, is that my interior is light tan. Again this service, I had to clean the leather interior because there were grease/oil smudge marks on the door handle and center console.

The service personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable about my vehicle. What I didn't like was I was not told the labor cost to replace the battery. What was told to me was the cost of the new battery plus labor cost. The labor cost ended up being $96.47. Which I thought was quite high. Especially when you can go to a place like Auto Zone and buy a battery and they install it for free.

I didn't like anything about this shop after I took my truck in for a leak around the windshield and get my truck back and now my head liner has grease on it with with there fingerprints and a mark on my glove box and one on my door panel.I called there and they never did call me back. We paid over 30k for this truck now all that stuff is messed up.worst shop in town.

The service experience itself was wonderful, 5 star even. The constant phone calls and text messages attempting to gain more car sales have been the worst. I brought my car for an oil change, that does not mean I want constant calls and texts about getting a new car, or trading in my leased vehicle. It is a different person every week calling about a "great deal" Great service department, the rest sucks.

Routine oil change and tire rotation, Service tech showed me computer generated pics taken of my 2014 CRV, New this visit. Was good to see, showed every blemishes on my car plus underneath my 2014 CRV. New this visit. Tech showed me the suggest maintenance for my 2014 CRV based on mileage (89,985). No hard sell which I appreciated. Comfortable waiting room. In all, good experience with SGV in Urbana, OH.
