I liked my tire I bought and the oil change , but I didn't like that I had to take my car to Springfield Ohio again because they say at the Beavercreek svg they don't have a tech that has the equipment to fix my car. I do not plan to continue taking my car to Springfield Ohio. They need to update the service department at beavercreek so people don't have to go clear to Springfield to get their car repaired

I took the car to be checked because the engine warning light keeps coming on and they had it a couple weeks but I was told the light didn't come on while they had the car since I've had it back the light came on once but went off. I just don't understand why it's doing this. I bought this car at svg on Shoup mill rd in Dayton I've had so many problems with it

Bought 4 tires.Valve stems leaking. Went back to get it fixed. Spent 4 hours at dealership to get fixed. Still leaking after 2 weeks. Had to buy a compressor to pump my tire every morning to prevent a flat.

They didn't call back at all once I left. They had me go get my own car from the back lot. The car I was coming to drive and purchase and verified prior to leaving my house because I'm an hour and a half away when I got there they sold it yet before I left they had no prospects So within a 2-hour period they sold the car and didn't even call to tell me it ain't worried about calling me since if that tells you.

The Service team was professional and courteous. I had no issues scheduling the appointment. They service took a little longer than usual. The sitting area was clean and comfortable. They apologized for the wait. I know this happens (especially on a Friday afternoon). It didn't change my 5 star rating, because of how they handled it. My experience was above expectation!

Stop start battery replaced 10/2023. Same problem started again 4/2024, had it "replaced". Light came on for same issue same day it was replaced on my way home. Because of warranty, had to be replaced at SVG, otherwise it is at my cost. Locations are > 40 minutes away. Inconvenient to keep taking it back. Just want it fixed for longer than 6 months and definitely longer than 4 hours. Issue not resolved.

Was told my Jeep need $1,500 in repairs. Took to another service repair shop they told me there was nothing wrong with those parts. I called the service manager, he was suppose to get back with me about this. He never called me back. This is just one of many mistakes this dealer has done. I'm finish taking my jeep to Svg motors.

Had my oil changed. Service was fast and staff are friendly. Just one suggestion can you please check the rest of the car and report your findings such as tire ware and other miscellaneous checks the same as you did the first time I had my oil changed with you?

I had my 2018 Colorado serviced and it was great! The staff was professional and friendly, they got my scheduled service done quickly. They topped off my fluids and checked my brakes, and, got rid of a really annoying back up alarm that was hard wired in my truck. I and my wife were very pleased with the results. Buy a car or truck from Rashan Grant, he's great to deal with and doesn't use "pressure" to sell either!
