Everyone was really friendly and professional. I was having a problem paying for a $3000 estimate. Paul was the service advisor and gave me a discount. I really appreciated that. I had the dashboard reset because the numbers were off.
I would have liked a mechanic to go over the work they did . I got a readout of everything and no one said anything about it.

Only reason for 4 instead of 5 was the amount of time it took. 1.5 hours for an oil change in too long,especially when an appointment was made prior to the visit.

I was interested in one car, applied for financing, was going to drive 50 miles to actually buy it, and they sold it but didn't tell me. Moreover, they were going to try to sell me another one. This is an underhanded sales approach, and I will not do business with them in the future. Good luck to anyone who does.

They called me right back after they opened and answered my questions . I have dealt with this dealership in the past and found out that they are the best to deal with. I bought a car from them in the past ,but have not purchased one lately, but hope to later on.

I had a very disappointing experience with SVG Motors regarding a recall repair.
I was called about 20 minutes before my original appointment and told the necessary parts had to be ordered something that should have been handled before scheduling. When I questioned it, they attempted to blame us for scheduling online, even though that option was clearly available.
When I was finally able to reschedule and come in, the customer service was just as frustrating. The first employee I spoke with mumbled so much I could barely understand him. I then stood at the service area for almost 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Eventually, another employee walked up, did not introduce himself, simply said my name and "keys."
Between the lack of preparation, poor communication, and unprofessional interaction, the entire experience felt disorganized and dismissive. A recall involves vehicle safety, and customers deserve better communication and respect than this.
