I went for an oil change. They wouldn't honor a coupon I had and charged me more money. They than apparently turned my email over to you all and I keep getting numerous emails now on my vehicle. One gentleman was really nice and tried to be helpful and the other one who I think now runs the dept needs classes on customer service.

Great experience with the dealership and salesman. The detailing department could be a little more thorough when they detail cars. My car had some kind of sticky residue underneath the door handle by the door pocket and the door panels looked dirty. Other than that the car was detailed great.

Was not a good experience at all! I had all my information collected so I didnt have to drive a hour plus and waist more of my time. They got me there and had to re collect my information waisting more time only to tell me something they could of told me over the phone.

Work was done fast and window worked smoothly. Foot prints all over seat (rear) and back of front seats. Rear window still had grease and hand prints all over it. Like they don't care. Had to clean the truck after getting it home. Other then that, fast service
