They were adding additional item to the sticker price,I didn't want them ,when I refused to accept them they lowered the price on the items, I walked out to my car to leave, they decided to remove the items, l left and will never go back or recommend anyone.

It was a truly horrible experience. When I came to my senses after being dragged around by experts, I was fooled by experts' lies and ended up buying a car. It's already too late for me, but I hope there will never be another victim like me in the future. I really don't recommend this place.

The Car was Filthy and dirty, Mismatch tires and when I test drive it it pulled to the right. But the dealer main concern is adding $4000 Packages and not working on car safety. All the Salesman are managers and when I ask they keep sayin they are manager, so makes me think they are serious.

If I could give these crooks zero stars, I would. Test drove a car with a "great deal" price on CarFAX of ~$20,000 and was ready to purchase too. Then the finance dept. presented the paperwork with $7,000 added to the purchase price for their fees, we bolted. Crooks! The giant banner in the showroom advertising we also could get a mortgage through STG was a warning I wish I had paid more attention to.

Would not buy a car there, I went to so see the truck I wanted to buy, first they told me it was there, drove 45 mins to see it. The truck wasnt there it was in the Ontario office. So waited a hour for it to show up, then when the truck show up it was damaged, and dirty inside and then there was receipts on the passenger panel from Sephora makeup store. So they were using this truck as let go to the mall truck.

Salesperson in Garden Grove spam text messages and overly aggressive using different phone numbers even when you tell them you're not interested anymore. They will not let you leave if they take your personal items such as your drivers' ID or keys until you demand it. The only good experience is from the secretary that asks nicely if you found what you're seeking and asks what they can do better to get your business.

Horrible experience with this dealership and I wish I didn't have to say that. Had me drive an hour in the rain with an appointment. I get there and they say the car is sold. Then they keep the car o line saying its available but it's really not. Bait and switch. Seven different people contacted me saying the car is there now & come down. Saying car was in the back getting fixed. I said to them, show me an actual picture of the car at your dealership and not one person ever showed me. Just truly bad business.
