Incredible service and will absolutely be back. My car was diagnosed and repaired with new parts all the same day and my car with 180k miles feels like new again; Neil was extremely helpful in communicating exactly what my issues were so they could be properly addressed.

Neil, at the customer service desk, has exceptional communication skills and takes the time to thoroughly explain everything. I had to spend a great deal of money on my vehicles recently but I felt that it was money well spent after many lengthy discussions that I also found to be educational.

Awesome, just awesome. Went to 2 different transmission shops and they wanted me to buy a new transmission. Went to SAF-T and had the pleasure of meeting Neil the manager and Jorge the mechanic. So honest. Left there not needing a new transmission anymore when they found the problem elsewhere. These guys saved me a lot of money.
