Customer service was good. Service time was good but communication sucks. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. They recommended a transmission flush and brake fluid flush. Never mentioned anything about needing tires. Got the recommended service done today at a different Honda dealership and was shown how my tires were bad were wires are showing. Customer safety is not a priority or concern to them.

I was well received and had a comfortable place to sit and read while my car was worked on. Coffee provided which is always appreciated! Received a message to be able to check on my car any time. Didn't need it cause I am confident that they would bring any problem to my attention and they did. Tire alimentary was way out and I had them fix it. Even got a car wash!

I bought my Honda Civic from Rusty Wallis and I always have it serviced at Rusty Wallis. Their crew is always friendly, polite and professional. They also assess any future problems that may arise from an inspection !! I take advantage of any coupons they send me, especially the Oil Change discount coupons !!

Unprofessional customer service at front desk I wanted to talk to the supervisor about the service and payment plan but the front desk tall black man he gave me a mean look and said the manager is not available at the moment with out checking first and the whole time talk over me and he didn't even try to listen once.

My service rep was Matthew and was professional, very courteous and kept me informed about was was discovered. I went in with dashboard notifying that my tires were low pressure but I could not seen any differences. They discovered there was a screw in one of my tires. Matthew informed how much it would cost and was able to get my car serviced quickly, even though I did not have an appointment.

Service was fast but after I left the dealership I noticed something strange where my windshield wipers were. I drove back to the dealership & it was determined that a part that connected under the hood was not reconnected properly and was attached to the windshield wiper. This should have been caught & corrected before the car was returned to me. Unbelievable

I like being able to schedule service and getting everything taken care of and trust Honda to do it right unlike other shops you might not know as well. However, I did get a charge that I wasn't expecting and wasn't asked about prior to it being done so that wasn't great. Otherwise its all good.

Great experience as usual, it was a simple oil change. Only doing 4 instead of 5 because it's a new vehicle and I paid for the maintenance package, but that wasn't applied to the invoice until I inquired - making sure the service I had done was part of what I paid for. He went back to check the system and confirmed it was included, then zeroed out the cost.

Ron Stewart was very helpful, explained everything that needed to be done. Also got a loaner for me since I had to leave car waiting for a part. He was extremely courteous and professional. I would ask for him again the next time my CRV needs service.

I took my Honda Civic Hatchback in fir an emissions test. It's about time for registration. They were very timely in getting to me. The service was done in a very timely manner. I am also impressed with how professional they were in making sure I knew I was informed on what was being done and when they were finished. I never worry when I take my car in for service at Rusty Wallis Honda.

I was greeted by a service advisor quickly upon pulling into the service bay. I explained the service my car needed and she gave me the cost of each service. She came into the waiting area to share the results of the total car check. We talked about a couple of items that needed to be addressed soon. I gave permission for those services. I was kept informed of the progress.

Oil from the oil filter was spilled all over my Pilots control arm during this oil change. Now i have to deal with oil stains on my garage floor and all over my front suspension. All because of a lazy Technician. They make free form oil funnels to remedy this. I would suggest spending $10 for one.

First visit for my new Odysseyquick and painless. Waiting room is best of any I've ever been in, including all other businesses. I'd give five stars but they washed my clean car (appreciated) but left to dry on its own leaving water spots on my previously spotless car.

Had an issue with a car that wouldn't start. The next day it struggled to start, so immediately took it to have it diagnosed, but they person said the battery, starter and alternator were good. Drove it to the dealership and they tested the battery and said I needed a new one. Have not had a single problem since.

Very professional communication and shuttle ride. Paperwork was in good order and reasonable discounts were applied. Took a bit longer than expected but some extra work came up that should be prudently addressed at that point of disassembly of the engine.

They were fast and professional but the service guys put oil on my beige seats and glover compartment door. They did try to clean it but did not do a good job. Also, please don't think the car wash really does wash your car. My car had streaks all over it due to the horrible car wash.

I took my Pilot in because the fuel injection light came on. I made an appointment for Monday and it was repaired the same day, best of all, the Pilot was covered under warranty. I was delighted about the warranty news and customer service. Staff excellent as well.

Unable to recall his name, my sincere apologies. The gentleman who looked after my car was Asian. Highly professional, kind and courteous, did not converse with me as some men do when explaining things related to my car, was overall just plain ole excellent. It was refreshing to leave a vehicle service department feeling good. I was lucky he was available.
