The service writer was informative and pleasant to work with, the service was the price they quoted, and was done when we was told it would be done. Only complaint was told that the car wash was broken, this is what they said for the last several times I was had service done at your location.

They didn't act like they knew what we were there for, even though I had written a description on the online service reservation form. Did not call with a "cost for the service", just called to say that the car was ready. Didn't really matter in the end, but not a good best practice.

I appreciated the way I was greeted and the consistent way that staff acted. There was an air of friendliness and professionalism given to everyone, even a woman who very rudely kept personal phone calls going while a service advisor was trying to give her information and check her vehicle out.

Bronco Sport was making a noise. They said it was fixed but when I went to pick it up it was still making the noise. They kept it and gave me a loaner vehicle which was very nice and appreciated. They were able to determine it was just loose plastic, fixed it and it's all good.

The service was great. All done in a timely manner. Everyone was very friendly. With the exception of a manager saying cuss words in the shop area where you drive in to leave your car for them to vacuum. This day and age he needs to go to anger management class or get fired. In other words clean up his filthy mouth. No one needs to hear what he was saying. There are other things he could have said to get his point across.

Overpriced parts and tried to do more work than what was needed to fix my vehicle. Said they couldn't fix my car without having to do the catalytic converter first, which would've been an additional $2,000.. took it to a different shop and got told that there was nothing wrong with my cat converter and got my car fixed for $3000 less than what Rusty Eck would have charged. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RUSTY ECK FORD!

I would not recommend this dealer. I've had an issue that I was told would be fixed, I keep calling and the sales person is avoiding my calls. I've asked for his direct report, I left a message and still no call back. Very very bad experience, avoid this dealer at all costs!!!

Service is fine. Too bad for put out a substandard motor that lets coolant leak into the cylinder. Love that car but what a piece of dung motor to quit at 107,000 miles. That's why the wife now drives a Honda. Shameful
