Really appreciate the diagnostics that were run trying to figure out why my explorer was towing properly. The only issue was that your service rep was so busy I played phone tag with him for two days trying to reach him. To deliver better service I would recommend you make them more available to customers whose car is currently in your shop.

They had over $4,000 added for a service plan to a used car. The service plan is non negotiable. Car went from $21,894 to $27, 988. Do not recommend them, t I spoke with Abby and Jorge, no help at all. Their sales practices are misleading. Go else where if you want an honest sales person.

The service advisor gets 5 stars. The inspection is what the rating is for . The oil reset was not done so not sure if they changed. The torn windshield wiper was not caught as they marked both in excellent condition. So I don't know if they looked at the belts, hoses or anything . I feel very uneasy if they actual checked anything . This is most likely the last time I bring my truck here again.

Service advisor is great. Not sure why the mechanic charged $210 for an oil change on our van... After 20 years taking it there and always under $100.. $170.02 for materials is crazy. Said 10w30 is special order... but on shelves at EVERY auto parts.

I has a recall in my Ford transit Connect related to my windshield. They told me need to order the windshield because mine has some cracks and it will take three business days. Two weeks later I still calling to get and update and no body is able to explain me what happened. I must to go there and then they said warranty was denied. The lack of communication from Advisor shows a lack of respect to the customers.

the advisor even does not have a clear understanding of the maintenance warranty and say it does not cover air filter replacement. Additionally, they separate the membership sticker on my key and loss it. The advisor does not think they should be responsibility for that. Bad experience in Ford

Notes did not indicate ac repair which was reason for visit. Tires were noted as "caution, furtive attention" - although these were purchased and installed last month at this dealer shop! Also attempted to upsell wipers. Valet service was ok. Pickup early but returned next AM after repair was complete precious day.

I was promptly scheduled for an early appointment on Saturday as I requested. I got an oil change and 4 tires rotated within an hour as I waited. Coffee was great and accusations were clean and professional. Gave me a coupon for savings I did not even request. I was highly pleased with the courteous, helpful service and the price was awesome. I was impressed and highly pleased!

Jose is really nice I've only been to this location 3 times and his service is great. I am a broke first generation law student so I can't afford all the recommendations but I appreciate Jose for telling me which is more important so I can split the costs. I'll be back at the end of March for some more maintenance

Service was slow in comparison to the few people that was having service done. Also, I was charged a misc shop fee without my knowledge or an explanation regarding this charge . I didn't see this charge until I had left the dealership, which is my mistake. The quick lane service supervisor(who checked me out) was fast talking and, what I was being told was very questionable.

when getting test too find out what's going on that tell you that the cost would be deducted from the finale bill but then when it's time to pay it's a whole different story and this isn't the first time that they has done this kind of underhanded stuff.

Went in for oil change and business was slow so was able to get in and out quickly. Would have been quicker but my service rep went to lunch and no one told me car was ready so I waited longer than necessary. Next time I will watch my car while in the shop better. A text by someone alerting me it was done seems like it would be easy enough.
