Performed a service that was not needed. Then took it back when the problem still existed and charged me again to fix the actual issue. They adjusted the labor charge a little and gave me back a diagnostic fee. They took 10% off the bill for a total of about $500 on savings. In the end I was over charged about $2000. I would never take it back here for service.

I liked the oil change and tire rotation. I didn't like the quote for a brake job . Over 1,000 dollars for the job. Parts were over 600.00 for rotors and pads. I bought Power stop rotors and pads and clips and bushings for 420.00 and did the job myself.

Fast, efficient, friendly service. I was there for the WORKS, took a very short amount of time for the work that was accomplished on my vehicle. I have been having my vehicle serviced for years, and would not go anywhere else. My schedule is tight and the service manager always manages to accomodate my needs.

Within about an hour and a half, his team not only solved the problem, but returned the vehicle to my home! I thought I was dealing with a luxury dealer selling Jaguars, Porsches, etc.! I loved to pick up and delivery. The oil change went well. The only downside was the communication or lack there of. The cashier said she called me yet I have no record of the call or a voicemail. Thus delaying the delivery for hours!!
