So far the enguine they put in seems to be working ok. When they found out that the enguine needed replaced, They vebally told me the enguine had 115000 miles on it, but there is nothing in writing to say that. During the process of fixing the problem, I was not notified of any extra work that had to be completed, such as replacing the Radiator. I had to make stops at the business to find out the status during the repairs.

Our salesman was awesome. It was knowledgeable of the vehicle and of the system that we had to go through to make everything happen. He came in on his day off to do the deal with us. And then accommodated us to come back and get the oil changed. Overall experience was great.

For the second time I paid my 100 dollar deductible on my extended warranty, and the problem was not fixed. This appears to be a let's keep throwing parts at the problem kind of repair. The only reason I did not give zero stars is the site won't let me.

It took two trips to solve the problem as map update wouldn't update my radio. So ended up getting a new radio as the old radio had technical problems that couldn't be fixed. Getting a new radio installed allowed the map update to be successfully installed. :)

Got my oil changed per routine which was great but I was quoted for the oil change $65. Thats all I wanted, I was charged $103 for other things i didnt ask for...not how sure i will be about going back. They do have massage chairs to sit in while you wait tho, that was nice

I had a radiator replaced and when I drove my truck the transmission started to jerk when I took off. I checked transmission fluid level when I got home and none showed on the dip stick. Took truck back and they said it was only 1/2 quart low, I know better than that. I don't think they replaced any fluid when they got done. I don't appreciate being lied to

Called ahead to make an appointment, I arrived on time. My Durango was checked in and was serviced while I checked on some items at a store nearby. All fluids were checked tires rotated and check for wear and correct air pressure. Couldnt have been any better service. Thanks

I was there for 4 hours while my car was driven so that it would learn the new programming to fix a sensor. I was not upset by this, however, the fact that I got there with a full tank of gas and left with half a tank of gas was very upsetting. No offer to replace the gas was even made.

Corporate done away with appointments but Hubler says it's better to make one any way. Hubler doesn't want to expedite their oil change service to properly take care of their customers. Apparently their time is more valuable than yours. For having a 1 P. M. appointment close to two hours before being able to head back home was a little too much. :(

My steering wheel was slightly off center going straight down the road on our new keep grand Cherokee. I explained this to the advisor and he scheduled a four wheel alignment. I picked up my jeep upon completion and was told to take it for a test drive. My steering was dead straight going down the road and my wife and I couldnt be happier. P.s. while it was in they took care of two recalls. Great job Hubler!

I was quoted $2,800 for a new transmission. When the job is finished Im told its now $4,100 after tax and fees. When I questioned I was told that I was wrong on my end for what I had written down, because I was told it would be $4000 all along. I was quoted $4000 for a rebuilt transmission not a brand new transmission. DO NOT do business here. They only want to rip you off..

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and to ck a slow leak in a tire. I had bought the set of tires from them. I had a $15 off coupon they didn't take off the bill. They came out and told me they couldn't ck the tire because they couldn't find the gadget that takes the nut off the tire. I told them it was in the glove compartment. They disagreed so I went out and got it for them. I bought the tires from them and was told they would rotate my tires at an oil change. this wasn't done. This is the second time with similar circumstances with the tires. I will not go back to this dealership for any service.
