My car battery died. I called and received an appt within 3 hours. I arrived early, they took my car immediately and not only replaced the battery but the air filters and ran a winterizing diagnostic. Since I live in Alabama and I'm only visiting Wisconsin, this was very much appreciated.

Do not buy aftermarket tire sensors. The cost is a little more for OEM but it is worth it.I requested aftermarket and they spent over a hour trying to make the them work. Got OEM and done in less than 1 minute. Thanks for trying to use the less expensive ones .

I had to have a damaged blind spot monitor sensor replaced, then aimed correctly. Took very little time to get me into my loaner. My car was ready for me to pick up later that afternoon. Both service reps I dealt with gave me great service.

I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, service was completed within a couple of hours. The customer service was excellent, and they had a comfortable lounge area for customers who wanted to wait while their cars were serviced. The representative was friendly and helpful.

My representative took care of me right at my appointed time. I came in for an oil, filter and lube. I was out of there in less than an hour. And with a cabin filter change as well. Theyre ordering me a tube of touch up paint and Im just waiting on that to come in. All was good.

I tried the new location on the beltline, and it was very professional and the employees were very courteous. The oil change went quickly and there was a complimentary car wash. Instead of coming out to say that they were finishing up, they sent a video showing the car on the rack and invited me to text them back. So, the new place seems more innovative, brighter, and more friendly.

Replacement Key /FOB cut and programed successfully. Total bill came in under quoted price. I was extremely pleased. There was no maintenance inspection, battery charging, or tire condition check done, and non was expected. Not sure how that got entered in service details.

Service took forever and they quoted me $4k in unexpected repairs for a car I literally bought from them 5 months ago & haven't put that many miles on. I wish more than anything I would have declined the stupid ''maintenance package" when I bought it- I tried to decline 2x but they wouldn't take no for answer. They made it seem like other maintenance was included, I only learned it was just 3 "free" oil changes when I called to schedule it. I also live 30 min away it's so incredibly inconvenient
