I had a great experience (always) with Russ Darrow Madison Kia. I am always happy to wait while my vehicle is getting serviced. Their waiting area is always clean and comfortable. There are always the daily newspaper plus other reading materials available. There is also complimentary coffee, tea, popcorn and a tv, as well as their free Wi-Fi for your browsing pleasure.

Overall the service was good. However, I asked for the free car wash and it was not done. Also, they usually put a reminder sticker in the top left area of the windshield. They did not. They did raise their price for a oil change from $79. to $99.

Wasn't our worst experience but when we have to spend 5 minutes repositioning seats and mirrors after it's frustrating. Also they did a car wash and the entire back of the car was covered in dirt.

I had an amazing experience with Kia on Odana Rd. In Madison Wi. I came in for a oil change and Joseph got my settled and got my car in and the service was thorough and well done. When I asked for another service item to be done at the time of arrivail they were able to do two extra services in the same time. They noted an item I had missed, informed me and completed that service too. Great crew with the right training and insight to do what is best for your vehicle.

I was told on the phone that when I booked the appointment , it would take about 45 minutes. When I arrived, they said a little over an hour. It turned into over 2 1/2 hours. I was there for a recall on my vehicle, so there wasn't any extra work done.

The service consultant forgot to send the video inspection, this is not the first time that's happening. Asked for carwash and gave the car without the service. Ask for a job quotation and didn't write down the prices. I am a customer there since 2018, really disappointed. Avoid Joe Kuckuc as a service consultant, he is always in a hurry.

It took nearly a week just for them to look at the car, do only a code scan, quote a ridiculous amount and 1 week to fix it. I brought the quote elsewhere and got it done for less money & more peace of mind. Its funny because the place that did fix my car had to get parts from this shop and R.D. Kept forgetting to send certain parts. Anyway, heard their sales dept is great, but I know firsthand the service dept is not

Service end was great, the communication process was poor. Took one week to get vehicle repaired which wasn't the problem. The problem was total lack of communication or caring. To bad I have always enjoyed getting my car fixed here now I'm not sure I will in future.

I live 3 hours from this dealer. When I tried to talk price I was told their would be no negotiation as the price shown was the price it would sell for anyway. I told them to keep the car and I was not interested in any car from them again. They were politely rude and was not interested in negotiation regardless.

I came in to have a full service on my car and After they made that service my car started to have issues it wouldnt turn on and had issues starting I had to wait the whole weekend to bring it on Monday so you could take a look on it and still I got charge again for another inspection which was not my fault even though it was working just fine before getting the service done

1. Empty waiting area yet I was there for almost two hours. 2. Assessed an additional 10.00 shop materials charge for a simple oil change. 3. I was not given a report for my vehicle inspection. An oil change and and tire rotation cost over one hundred dollars. I think I can do a lot better than this for the money.
