They tried to sell me new rear shocks. They could offer me no proof whatsoever that I need them. I KNOW how to test shocks. SURPRISE! Do NOT appreciate being sold stuff I do NOT need. If they pull this kind of stuff again I will go ELSEWHERE for service/products.

I didn't know much about what had to be done, but my service advisor, Rachel, put me at ease and told me that the installation of the sensor parts was done by experienced mechanics. She checked me a couple of times to give me an update, and then arranged for my car to be washed. The service on my car was great and so was your very competent advisor, Rachel. I give the whole experience an A+.

Yea The service wasnt very good this time. The service people were kind of rude not very nice I waited a long time and still had to come back another day so that they could fix the issue. The maintenance cost are too high plus they punish you with a 3% fee if you use a credit card to pay for the repairs. Im considering other service options in the future.

Chris, the service salesman was excellent to work with. He had great follow through, kept me up to speed on what was happening with my car and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Russ Darrow Honda for service and having Chris be your service representative. If you're looking for fair, honest and reliable repairs, go to this dealership and ask for Chris in service.

Everyone gave exceptional service--Angela David, the service advisor, was not only pleasant but expedited the service. She arranged for a shuttle with Eric, the driver, back to my home instead of my waiting at the dealer. Eric was appropriately quiet and a safe driver. The technician finished the work early, including a recall item I asked to have done at the last minute. I was very pleased.

I went in for a tire rotation for $30.00. Everything went well. The next day I received a coupon for $14.95. This is the 2nd time in a year this has happened. I can see a week, a month but one day. Don't the service people know what's on sale. I like Russ Darrow Honda. I get good service their. But is there anybody else out there?

Communication was good and work accomplished. John Stein kept me informed. However, I didnt expect to be there 4 hours and be charged for using a credit card. Alternatively, I used a debit card. I was not ready to buy a new battery, so Ill wait and hope it doesnt fail this winter.

Clean, socially distanced seating, quick but informative. That having been said, I value the care, knowledge and friendliness of the staff over the cost. Is it any more costlier than somewhere else? They are thorough and pro-active: in my experience, that's worth every penny!

My service advisor Olandra went over and beyond to make sure that my complaints were handled and resolved in a timely manner.She is a very honest (one of a kind)service advisor that looks out for the customer needs . I'm extremely happy with the service work that was performed on my honda pilot,and yes will continue to have it serviced at this location in future..

I came in to Russ Darrow to find out if there was any information on the problem I have been having with the display in my car. They checked and found an update for the problem and down loaded the info. Time will tell if if the problem has actually been solved.

From setting up the appointment with Autumn to the service advisor Eric who explained all the details of the service being done. This was a very good customer experience. My wife and I have been long time customers with Russ Darrow Honda for this very reason.

I came in because my low tire pressure light was on. It had actually gone on about a week and a half prior, as well. At that time, I brought it in to an area tire shop where they filled the tires, but I don't believe they checked for any problems. At Russ Darrow, they found a nail in one of the tires and made the repair with no charge, which was greatly appreciated especially since I had some other unexpected expenses.

The service person was very efficient and expained things well. The work was finished quickly and as promised. They always offer a free wash... that was awful! This has been true the last several times. The car wash is horrible and the windows were actually worse than when I had arrived. I can only hope the technicians that did the work under the hood and on the tires were more skilled.

I can actually say that I enjoy taking my vehicle in for service at this dealership for the simple fact that they ask what you're there for and perform the service and you're our the door in the time they promised...service advisors are straight forward with me about upcoming service and estimates,which most dealerships try to force you to get done at same visit...If I had to rate them it would exceed by far exceptional...

I was working with a new service advisor who should have had some one helping. Miss quotes on prices, then when it came time to check he didn't let the cashier know to only change me for my oil change. She didn't even read the high lighted areas the said that. Ran my card twice then realized her mistake. I would like a discount off of my next car service.

(I wanted to give them a 1 star rating (not 2 stars), but the rating system wouldn't let me click 1 star.) I took my vehicle there twice to fix an issue that was under warranty (it was the same issue both times). However, they FAILED to fix the problem both times.

The Russ Darrow I go to has recently changed location. The new location is amazing! All of the service Representatives have been amazing! I had my 100,000 mile check up and everything was explained to me so I could understand it. Angela is Amazing. Thank you Russ Darrow!

I was very impressed by the service department and their commitment to making sure that I totally understood what services were being performed on my vehicle. The waiting room was set up so that we could be socially distanced, and comfortable while waiting. Everyone was super friendly and I felt that the work was done on a timely basis.

We went in for an oil change B1 service. Got there at 1315pm CST. Was told it would take approximately 2hrs. At about an hour and a half in i went to check on the progress of my vehicle only to find out the car hadn't even been brought in to be worked on. After 3hrs we were finally finished with our service. Absolutely horrible.
