Usually Rush does a great 5 star job. On this last oil change, tires were not rotated, but receipt stated that the tires were rotated. I called service and they tracked down service report that said tires had dry rot and could not be rotated. That information should have been listed on the invoice. Tire rotation was also uploaded to Car Fax service records, along with the oil change. Also, wiper fluid was not topped off. I am not sure who performed the service, but I hope that tech does not work on my vehicle again.
