I had an appointment for an oil change, an inspection, and a diagnostic for a grumbling noise. I was there on time and told it would take between 2 to three hours. 5 hours later all they had done was the oil change. They hadn't asked for proof of insurance for the inspection to happen. The diagnostic didn't get done. I have had inspections with oil changes done in 20 minutes at other places. I am very disappointed.

The girl working the desk was very nice, but the wait was way too long and people who came in after me were getting serviced before me. When got back, 3 hours after drop off, she said she "just needed 5 minutes to get my paperwork ready" and 15 minutes later I received a text with 6 recommended services and it took even longer to get some of those done.

The dealer is clean and nice and the staff is nice and friendly however the mechanic needs to learn how clean his/her hands. When we receive our car back there were oily hands marks on the inside and on the outside of the car on the paint. This is Not acceptable by any standards. We have a Honda that we take to Rudolph Honda and their mechanics don't do that. Same dealer owner. Maybe get them trained by Honda dealer.
