There was no communication between Rudolph to me. I had to call to get any information, which is not right! I was told my car would be done the next day and it sat there for three. The bright spot was that my original advisor had the day off and I dealt with someone who somewhat restored my confidence in Rudolph's service department

Took longer than expected to diagnose problem when I told them the car had killed 2 new batteries in two weeks. They installed and killed another battery before diagnosing the problem. After that they narrowed in on the problem but encountered another delay waiting for parts.

The staff was courteous and the facility was neat and clean. I was provided with a comprehensive report on the condition of my car. That was very nice. I was not offered a military discount as a retired soldier. I was given that discount last time I was there. That would have been great considering that $99.00 is really high for an oil change. I wish you would have your 50% off promotion more often.

Taylor checked in my car so quickly and I explained what I needed done and he made notes so the technicians servicing my car would know what to look at and correct the issues. Service was quick and I am always satisfied with the service center 's technicians work.

vehicle shown on your website was the the same vehicle at the dealership. year make and model and color was correct but was the same vehicle vehicle shown on website was in excellent condition and vehicle dealer had hole in front bumper with black scape marks and interior was very dirty

they don't open service till 8am, i got there at 7:15 [5 cars were in front of me] came back to drop car off drop car and they were friendly. called numerous time [main line and service lines, no one would pick up] to see if car would be ready today, they called me at 5:45 and said they tried to get ahold of me [i was sitting by my phone]i rushed over to pickup car.

Service technician Taylor is rude and indifferent. He does not explain the work to be done and he did not tell the service dept to replace a headlight so after waiting 2 days for a few hours work, I had to wait another 1.5 hours at the dealership. I will not return to Rudolph after many, many years of going there. The entire service dept is super super expensive and they act like they could care less if you come there.

I am so sorry that happened, that is unlike Taylor. Our pricing is very competitive. We price shop and compare our prices to not only other dealers but independent shops. Most of our prices are lower than most. I noticed we gave you the oil change for half price. I hope you will reconsider and visit us again.

I took my pilot in for a oil change and tire rotation ONLY! The differential needed service but they did it without asking and was charged 189.00. I get it but they need to ask before they just do!!!! They are overpriced

They advertise on their web page 1/2 off during happy hour for oil changes and when I get the service done, they said not during the month of June.
