It was unprofessional and unacceptable practice. The guy, who drove my truck, roll my seat all the way down, turned the AC to 60 degrees. He did not even care to put it back. He needs to understand that it was really uncomfortable to let someone you don't know drive your truck. It's just an oil change, why would you need to turn the AC to 60, and the distance is so short. Ignorance I would say for customers personal property.

The customer service was poor and I had to retrieve my car after seeing it sitting for several minutes. I also requested an inquiry about a featured that wasn't inquired about until I was paying for the service. As a customer, it was disappointing to be told to (look in the owners manual), when inquiring about a service at a certified dealership (where you would expect expertise on your vehicle).

Told me it was my transmission and it would be around $9800. No way, I took it to a transmission mechanic and it was not the transmission. Sad they try to rip you off on service.

Friendly service, honored the warranty on my Buick Envision Essence but was unable to resolve the problem with the occasional heavy vibration of the suv, leaving me with the challenge of controlling the suv.
