I had my car for one month and I had AC problems and you can't tell me they didn't knew that just payed my first payment and had to pay more money that didn't feel good to me and they said they would have it fixed and I had to wait three days they're good at what they do just need to service their cars better

The last service did not solve the problem and it was the third time coming back to fix the problem. Now I have to come back for a fourth time. Spent over $200 in gas 10 hours driving time so far. And coming back requires me to leave the car over night. Not your finest. Been bringing car for service over 8 years.

I feel my Volvo is well taken care of every time I take it into the Volvo (Royal Automotive) Service center. Martin has taken care of my Current Volvo as well as my past Volvo that I had for 20 years before trading in. I really don't trust anyone else to my Volvo.

did everything in good timing.But ,As of now I have a nodes coming out of my air condition. So I'm just very disappointed because inspection should have showed that didn't start until after they worked on my car You're able to get too. So expensive, i'm afraid to take it back to let them even look at it. To see what's wrong with the air condition!!

Extremely poor customer service. When you request a specific service from them, they refuse to complete the service. Additionally, they charge you for services they did not complete and try to take advantage of the customer for not being aware the service was not actually completed. This service shop prides themselves in deceiving the customer.

The service was fine. But I was told I would have a rental car ready for me for pick up while my car was getting serviced. This was not the case. Had to go to the sales room to get a car and it took extra time. Also, I was hoping to get the interior vacuumed and I was told that you can't get that done on Saturdays. It's impossible for me to get there Monday through Friday.

My appointment was at 8:30. Checked in at 8:29. After my car sitting in the same spot for 1 hour and 40 minutes where I parked it I got up and asked why my car was in the same spot. I was never checked in so therefore there was no paperwork for the technicians to do the work. My car was sitting outside the glass doors in front of the advisors desk. Someone should have noticed.

I brought my car in because my windshield was leaking. After waiting for 4 hours, they told me they confirmed I had a leak but they didn't fix glass if someone had told me that before I would have happily just taken it somewhere else. It was a very frustrating experience.
