Didn't wash car, didn't check cabinet and engine filter, declined to do tier rotation and asked for seperate charges for that though I bought one new tire from them. They did only oil change which I can do anywhere. Compare to my previous Nissan show room this Nissan Route 9 show room service is very bad. My previous Bentonville AR Nissan show room is really good.

Kevin and Dave were great to work with. I do not like the offsite scheduler business profile. She gave me wrong information when I asked her a question about loaner cars. The service department straightened that out for me so they get 5 stars. The offsite scheduler gets one more chance.

The customer service provider is horrible. I told the general manager about the situation. He said was going to handle it and call me to let me know what happened. He never followed up. These people don't care about their customers. Very very unhappy and will never come back.

On my previous service I had them rotate my tires and they didn't put the lug key back in the car, days later I had a flat, I had it towed, AAA paid only partially and I had to pay$100. They denied responsibility.
