Excellent service, as usual! Arrived and checked in; already had an appointment made online. Went over items to service and an additional request to install some aftermarket parts, and picked up a pre-arranged loaner, a CX-50 - nice! The tech who worked on my MX-5 takes extra care and pride in working on Mazda's sporty roadster, and the car was returned with all work completed and a good report card. Another year to enjoy my ride!

Don't like that they always try to upsell unneeded and unnecessary repairs when you bringing in a vehicle with only 25000 miles on it car doesn't at this mileage doesn't need a fuel injection service or both differentials to be flushed!! Stick to what customer has brought the vehicle in for .. unless the vehicle mileage absolutely calls for those services!

There was an issue with getting the correct title due the car had been retitled in Nevada and consequently reobtaing a NY title there was a delay by DMV. Route 9 Mazda stepped up and gave me a loaner that was an extremely nice new 2025 Mazda cx 90 that i was able to use for the 2 weeks it took the DMV to issue the NY title. In all the staff were great, the price fair on the Civic and I would easily recommend this dealership
