I went in to look a Jeep Grand cherokee vehicle. When I arrived for the test drive the vehicle was filthy inside. Which I overlooked..I was told they just received the vehicle and didn't get a chance to clean it. After having a conversation with another salesman who injected themselves into the conversation of sales. When I asked the vehicle be certified he lied and said it already was even though it was filthy, not listed on carfax and Nissan cannot certified the Jeep. After I pushed back- Then they mentioned it could be certified by their Jeep Dealership down the road. My breaking point is when I told him I would pay with cash from my credit union he changed the price saying the advertised price is only good if I finance through them. Deal breaker.

I have been getting free oil changes from the first car I bought from Nissan years ago and with my recent car I get free oil changes also which was part of my incentives when I bought it. Tell me how the service lady that sits at the desk refused to give me the free oil changes saying I was lucky you shouldn't have gotten it they stopped giving free in 2018. I didn't even wanna argue with her anymore so I just paid for it but I didn't think it was right and I most likely won't be going back to Nissan in Totowa

The online price was WAY lower than the REAL price
They tried to get us to pay the
Thousand dollar TRANSIT fee for them to move the vehicle from Scranton to Wayne, Even thought that had already been moved BEFORE we expressed any interest in this
Bottom line.
They are desperate
I don't think that dealership will last very long in that state. I felt bad for the guys, Their management was pulling bait and switch pricing and leaving the sales guy to deal with angry customers.
