It was nice of them to change my oil change appointment because of illness. Not only did they change the oil but they washed the car and cleaned the floor mat and the inside of the windshield. They also filled the windshield washer fluid. It looks like they tacked on a license plate frame advertising the dealership too.

Surprisingly,the service department was on point. Not something I am used to there. But the service manager was friendly, attentive, and didn't push extra services on me. My car was taken in to the shop on time and all work was completed in less than 2 hours. I was very pleased.

Horrible dealership, sold me a used jeep leaking transmission fluid, entire Axel had to be replaced, a month later needed new tires and the whole time I had it I thought something didn't sound right turns out I wasn't crazy there is a transmission issue !!! Nothing but problems! Horrible customer service, had my jeep for 3 weeks didn't even wash it I had to wait for them to wash it after I drove over an hour to pick it up !

The car was not exactly what I wanted, and they couldn't accommodate me for this. One of the things that I want to hold that particular vehicle plus a 119000 miles. I was looking somewhere like around $25000 to begin with, but they were very efficient. I enjoyed talking to the yesterday. So lady and I may still consider purchasing that vehicle if it's still available, what in the future at a lower price. Thank you

They charged to determine if the car was impacted by a serious recall that apparently has not fix. Poor communication and the booking site is confusing and not accurate - you are able to darter if you need a loaner car but that option is technically not generally available, they know it's and issue and they don't tell you until you call to confirm.

Had some problems with the sales department a few years ago but the service department was a completely different story. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Had my broken 2020 Rogue towed from Seaside up to Butler. The second they had the car I was informed every step of the way and the car was fixed in 3 days. A pleasant experience and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Took my vehicle in for oil change and for a sensor light to be checked and 2 hours later with no communication my vehicle was done, but only the oil change, but I didn't have time to wait longer for them to take the vehicle back to check sensor. When checking out I was also shocked on the price of the oil change without the tire rotation, because I was also not informed in how much anything was. Poor communication!

I went twice for the recall and both times they gave me preliminary information on the phone about what they would do and how long it would take, if you want, I can wait or I can leave the car and go. I preferred to wait, they finished my work within 1 hour and gave me my car back, they even washed and cleaned it.

I went for the Nissan kick recall, but in the meantime they immediately made improvements and did a check because the car is a newer 2025 model with only 700 miles on it. By the time I had my coffee, the car check was already finished, they were already friendly and fast.

Polite people, but there was no information/instruction over the service done. As soon as I left the place, the tire pressure light came on, showing that all the tires had different air pressure and all under the manufacture recommendation, detail that they said at the drop off time that they would check it. It called my attention because I checked before dropped off the car, when showed that only one tire was 2 PSI lower.

I went in on a Saturday to get my car checked because I failed inspection and when I was finished, they said everything checked out and a service manager would give me a call. It has been three weeks and I still have not received a call. I just purchased the vehicle. I should not have failed inspection.
