I made appointment to see a specific service rep and I was seen by someone else. A full explanation of what needed to be done was not done. My tires were rotated but I was not advised to get a wheel alignment. Now I will have to get a wheel alignment elsewhere. Poor communication.

Took my RAV4 to this dealership to diagnose a small leak in the evaporative system. I was charged $300 for the diagnosis and was given an estimate of $1600 to remove and replace the evaporative system canister which is a $360 part. So I brought the part and took it to a nearby shop reputable shop and who replaced it for $120.

My Toyota battery died after 28 months. I came to replace and it took them 2:25 hours to do it. I should've went to Costco for a better battery and service. I left work earlier and was late for kids' pick up. It just mind boggling 2:25 hours to replace battery. What a service!!! The shop responded to my review, please call us and left their number. I called, and it went straight to voicemail without identifying who I was calling.

My SUV was serviced but I experienced problems right out of the workshop. I called and they offered to take a second look. Turned out more needed to be done. They fixed the problem and kept in touch with me throughout. At no point was I made to feel a bother, Everyone I spoke with and everyone who called me was polite and appeared eager to be of service. This is 5 star service which other places should emulate. Well done!
