Everyone was extremely nice but I went only for an oil change and they said they would check over everything. I didn't think that would be a big deal. The car is new with only 6500 miles on it. Over 2 1/2 hours later they finished. Everyone is extremely friendly but I was not happy with the length of time. I will get my oil changed somewhere quicker next time.
