The service team was extremely professional and friendly. My only complaint is that it seemed to take more time than necessary to diagnose and advise on my battery. A fine loaner car was provided but it took an entire week to replace the car battery, due to lack of the part. Overall, good people and fine service.

Dealership took over three months to replace transmission under warranty. Numerous calls just to obtain an update with only vague details provided each time and unspecific repair timelines. Will not be returning to this location. Had to involve Hyundai corporate and even then, barely improved communication.

The service advisor Jose was very helpful. I came in for an oil change and was recommended partial synthetic oil, which I chose. I was also recommended to change the cabin filter, which I chose. The process was smooth and comfortable. The only thing I which the wait was a little less. I rather wait a little longer and get great service.

I waited for about 10-15 mts before someone would recognize that one of their customer existed. I asked few times if someone is going to attend to me and all they did was nod..the least I expect is someone to acknowledge that they are pre-occupied (although they weren't) and I will be attended to shortly.

While employees at Rt 1 Hyundai are very nice, there appears to be a competence gap in addressing what should be a simple issue with the digital key. The service department has continuous turnover of staff, always a new person to start over with. Calls at every level-sales managers, service-are not returned. I've had a frustrating 4 months with Rt 1 and will bring my car to a Hyundai dealer further away when I require service.

The fees were astronomical!!! They added so much to the total cost of there vehicle it was just out of reach for anyone with a brain to buy. A pre delivery fee of $895.00 is just ridiculous on top of all the other creative fees they came under with too. Stay away from that dealership if you value your hard earned money

They do a good job but it just takes a very long time for the service to be complete. This wouldn't be an issue if they just told us a longer estimate. Instead they gave us a much shorter estimate so we rushed back to pickup the car and they said it won't be ready for another hour or 2 even. I think scheduling is an issue and lack of organization is an issue here too.

I live in jackson nj but I get my car service at rt 1 hyndaui. I like the service, the gentlemen that takes your car from you is very polite, knowledgeable and keeps you updated. I could go to two other dealers in my area but I chose to go where I go.

2.5 hour wait for a scheduled oil change . 69.00 oil change was billed orginal 139.00 u til I complained When I was driving home discovered that the shield the covers the oil pan and bolt wasn't secured and hand to drive 15 miles back to the dealership. The serviced advisor was nice , the tech who reattached/ the dragging piece was rude and just handed me my keys ps I was also charged for a new oil bolt ! ?

Representative there asked me to do 48k miles maintenance even though I had only 44k miles. He said warranty will be denied if I refuse to do the maintenance. It doesn't make sense to do 48k maintenance at this time. Looks like they were pressuring to do that maintenance.

Very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I dropped off my car I didn't hear anything for over two and a half hours. Following progress on app wasn't even being looked at. I finally had to reach out myself just to find out what was going on. Then suddenly things started to happen.The lack of communication and long wait time were extremely frustrating. Definitely expected better service.

I had a complain regarding the noise in the vehicle which I didn't get a good answer or a resolution. The horn isn't working and they didn't figure this out during the full inspection. The car wasn't vacuumed after the service. A complimentary car wash is expected on an expensive maintainnce. I asked for the complimentary shuttle service, which was only available one way. And later realized I was actually billed for the shuttle service.

I am very unhappy with Hyundai Corprate. We have been Hyundai owners (original owners) for 16 years and we will never purchase another one again. The service that corporate provided and how they made us jump through hoops to keep brining our car back, for them to then tell us nothing would be covered makes me i credibly mad!

Customer service sucks. Impossible to get anyone on the phone while they are working on your car. Never know when your car is ready. Gave them list of 4 things to look at and they only looked at 2. Just overall bad communication throughout that place. Do not recommend at all

Regretfully the car was not fixed completely after the first service. However, when I brought it back Christian was kind, patient, and understanding. He went above and beyond to make sure the car was fixed 100%, communicating and helping with transportation. His service was outstanding.

I would not give even 1 star as service is terrible. Keep calling for status - no parts have been ordered for 2 weeks ! No loaner car available for customers. No one pick up the calls for hour n hour. Never reached out back with updates! I have given my car for 5 days and finally they called me it's ready and when I went there- issues wasn't resolved. Their technician wasn't that skilled I believe.

Initial check-in service was courteous and prompt but, after I left a message subsequently for the advisor with questions pertaining to issues found by the mechanic and recorded on the video that had been sent to me, I did not receive a call back. I very much appreciated being able to see on video the issues discovered by the mechanic and to listen to his explanations.

They were supposed to update the software on my car radio. They told me it was up-to-date. The blue link people called me three days ago and told me I still needed to do the update. Not sure why my car was there all day when they did not do the update when they said they were Also not sure why the dealer and Hyundai blue Link people say different things
