The ease of drop and pickup, with option for a loaner, was a great boost to not be completely without vehicle. Recommend highly, service and communication was outstanding.

Love using this shop for my TX state inspections. They let me call ahead to make sure they can take the car right away if I come in right then (like next 10 minutes), or make an appointment (that is always kept an honored). Always courteous and prompt.

My mechanic said your brakes are good and so is your rotors to go to tires for you , for a wheel alignment. I passed it up and couldn't find it so I went to RR auto car thought that they did wheel alignment, & Took advantage of me, because I was worried about my wife's safety & they sold me something that I didn't need and they damaged the master cylinder and slave cylinder. I have a long story & also on 1 star google review on their website and they keep talking it down!! I made a complaint and I reported them to the BBB !

Conventional wisdom says the customer is always right and that responding to this would be a mistake, but there are times when a small business is forced to stand their ground. Your pattern of going from business to business demanding they bow to your demands and if not, trashing them publicly online is shameful, demonstrated by the fact you had already given us a 5 star review months ago only to hold it against us when you made new unreasonable demands about your vehicle. You were made VERY clear that the specific issue your vehicle has is a KNOWN manufacturer defect that they have even issued a nationwide TSB for. That is not our fault (you even acknowledged this), and your rude, demanding, borderline extortion behavior is abhorrent and unacceptable, which is why you are never welcome to set foot in our establishment again. We have treated you with nothing but transparency and respect, yet you continue to demand that we repair components on your vehicle for free and even admitted to us you've made these demands to previous businesses in the past. You failed to mention in your review how you even tried to coerce us into installing a mirror for free for you. So NO, we will NOT be repairing your vehicle for free, and if that means you'll continue trashing us online and to the BBB, so be it. If we installed a component that failed, then YES, our nationwide warranty would cover it. But we will not be extorted with a public shaming to do your bidding. And for anyone doubting this response and curious about the character of Mr. Schultz feel free to do a quick google search for him in Round Rock and you'll see exactly the type of person you are dealing with and exactly why we will never work on any of his vehicles again. We have served literally thousands of happy customers over the last decade and have never experienced an interaction with a customer as we did with you. Respectfully.

I was told by my mechanic to get a wheel alignment at tires to go on Hwy 79 , but I missed it and thought that they did alignment, but got taken for a entire brake job & rotos, and didn't even need them! Was worried about my wife's car and they took advantage of the situation! Later damaged the master cylinder & slave cylinder. I reported it to the BBB and also posted a 1 star on google & they keep on taking out! Owner is not owning up to his employees mistakes ! I will let my friends and neighbors know about this situation!
