Had a rough start with signing my vehicle in for service, (the gentleman is no longer with Rossi), when I got my Inspection report it claimed that I needed 4 new tire which was weird because I owned the vehicle for 12 days and just bought it from Rossi. The remaining staff were super accommodating and very polite and helpful. Hopefully it was just a fluke with the person who no longer works there.

I have relied on Rossi to perform the routine maintenance on my Buick Encore for 4+ years now and have never been disappointed. Work is always performed exceptionally well, they give you reliable information, and never wait long to be completed. Even with adding on the replacement of my engine air filter, all was ready in about an hour's time.
